If calming herbals isn't your thing, who says you have to serve tea? My favorite non-caffeinated infusion is actually just a couple luxardo cherries, steeped cold for 10-15 minutes in this simple brew. Carefully blend some simple syrup, dash of bitters, a dose of vermouth, and TBH it's just bourbon after that. You can leave out the first four if necessary.
